Designer & Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties from September 2020 to April 2024 in Taos, NM, I led the marketing department for the New Mexico and Idaho offices. I developed tailored marketing plans aimed at increasing home sales for individual Realtors and the business as a whole. My role involved designing and producing a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including e-newsletters, social media campaigns, market reports, web ads, and various print collateral such as magazine ads, business cards, postcards, flyers, billboards, newspaper ads, logos, and company-wide brochures to enhance business recognition and drive sales. I utilized MetaBusiness to schedule social media posts and targeted ads, effectively reaching desired markets nationwide, which resulted in higher engagement, increased website traffic, and greater interest from buyers and sellers. Additionally, I managed agent listing websites with integrated IDX feeds and CRMs, ensuring optimal online presence and performance for Realtors, buyers, and sellers.
