As Marketing Coordinator, I led the marketing department for the New Mexico and Idaho offices. I developed tailored marketing plans focused on increasing home sales for individual Realtors and the business overall. My responsibilities included designing and producing a wide range of digital and print marketing materials such as e-newsletters, social media campaigns, market reports, web ads, magazine ads, business cards, postcards, flyers, billboards, newspaper ads, logos, and company-wide brochures to enhance brand recognition and drive sales.

I utilized MetaBusiness to schedule social media posts and targeted ads, effectively reaching desired markets nationwide, which resulted in higher engagement, increased website traffic, and greater interest from buyers and sellers. Additionally, I managed agent listing websites with integrated IDX feeds and CRMs, ensuring optimal online presence and performance for Realtors, buyers, and sellers.
